How do I view my Verifilink Results?

As a general rule, the client will want to set an appointment with her/his Case Manager or Settlement Officer after completing Verifilink.  


You can do so by navigating to the Verifilink Tab on the left hand navigation and after clicking the user will be presented with an informative message about setting an appointment. Click the link below to start scheduling your appointment. 




During the appointment, a Taxrise tax professional will review the client's financial summary over the phone. Additionally, at this point the client will have access to the reporting in their Client Portal. See below.



By clicking on the Download 433-A tab the client will be able to download their form. This is an important form in your resolution journey, so make sure it is saved properly. Remember, you can always return to the portal and download the form again if need be.
